Hi! My name is Em. I'm the founder, CEO, and lead designer of Lavender and Velvet Creative.
I’ve been a creative soul for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was always drawing, painting, or making things out of whatever I could find around the house. My imagination kept me busy and helped me see beauty in just about everything. I’ve always loved the transformational aspect of design and turning something ordinary into something extraordinary.
Running my own business has always been a dream of mine. Over the years, I tried out different ventures, but things really clicked when I started my own line of gold-plated jewelry. That’s when I saw just how powerful good branding and thoughtful design can be.
It wasn’t long before I decided to channel my love for design and marketing into helping other business owners. I started as a social media manager, became a brand designer, and now I’m all in as a full-time brand and web designer.
